How
can I check my order status?
As part
of our customer service program, when you place an order with
us and provide your email address, you will be sent a link to
a page on the internet with your shipping information on it. This
will include date of order, expected ship date, actual ship date,
and a UPS tracking # which you will be able to track online.
If you did
not leave an email address with us when placing your order, try
the method below to check your order status.
If you have
an open order with us you may enter into your URL address box
on your browser the following information:
http://www.wheelchairramps.com/order-yourlastname.htm
For example:
If your last name is Jordan, enter in small case only the name
"jordan" with an .htm at the end of it and you will automatically
enter your link page with your shipping information on it.

difficulties, please send us an email with a brief description
