What if I have a return?

Here is our return policy:

• All orders will be shipped the most economical way possible. Our carriers will be used unless other instructions are given.
• 1.5% finance charge per month will be charged on invoices over 30 days. 18% annually.
• All Prices are subject to change without notice.
• If you need to return product, call customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
• All Returns require authorization. Any item shipped back to us without this return # on outside of box will be refused.
• No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice or in used condition.
• All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways.
• All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in used condition.
• Purchaser is responsible for getting item shipped back to warehouse.
